  • CMS NEWSLETTER FEBRUARY 2015
Attached is the Spartan Spotlight newsletter sent home with students on Friday.  It contains important information concerning ISTEP+ and other current events occurring at CMS.  NOTE: ISTEP+ testing will begin the week of March 2nd and occur on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. All students are required to complete both parts of the ISTEP+ so attendance is crucial. Make-ups will be completed by March 13th. Adjustments may need to be made depending on snow related delays or closings. Contact the CMS office with questions.
  • TEACHER OF THE YEAR
It is that time of year to nominate a teacher actively teaching in the Fayette County School Corporation to honor as Teacher of the Year.  The nomination form can be printed from this link or copies can be obtained in the CMS office.  The deadline for nominations is March 13, 2015.
  • HALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS
The Fayette County School Corporation's Education Hall of Fame Selection committee respectfully requests patron and staff to nominate retired or deceased educators for this award.  The criteria for nominations is attached and will be accepted from Feb. 1, 2015 to March 1, 2015.
  • STUDENT MESSAGES
To ensure that students receive messages during the school day, it is VERY IMPORTANT to contact the CMS office no later than 3PM. Only messages of an urgent nature will be accepted after this time.
